Project-specific additions on data protection in the CSN project

Your business data such as contact and organizational data are collected and processed exclusively by employees of the operational services GmbH & Co. KG in Germany for the purpose of securing our business relationship, e.g. to communicate contractual changes or other business content.

The data collected and processed only includes the information you provided over the course of your conclusion of contract or within amendments.

This includes the following:
    name and surname
    business e-mail address
    business telephone numbers
    business address
    position or role in your company

Your data will be stored for 10 years after the end of our contractual relationship. You have the right of access, cancellation, restriction and objection of your personal data. For any queries or for further information please contact us.

Generally, you have the right of appeal to the supervisory authority.

Since there is no further processing of your data, it is not necessary to close any additional regulations or contracts.

Access to IT data of employees of your company in the context of the IT support that we provide for the Volkswagen AG (such as UserID, login times, IP addresses etc.) is strictly within the scope of a data processing contract between the OS and the Volkswagen AG in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) article 28.
