REQUEST FOR CSN CONTRACT
The partner company orders directly at operational services a connection to the partner network (PFN = PartnerFirmenNetzwerk) of Volkswagen and/or Audi and CSN application services.
Basically, each partner company concludes with operational services:
- a CSN contract for technical connection,
- one or more contract(s) for provision of service and support for selected applications.
We provide consulting services concerning the selection of the technical connection type (depending on net provider and your requirements). We also help you to realize the formal prerequisites of the Volkswagen Group for technical connection to the PFN, e.g.:
- conclusion of a Non-Disclosure Agreement,
- proof of a certain level of information security (information security assessment).
Furthermore, partner companies can commission operational services for additional and targeted consulting services on the issue of information security.
