2 WHICH SOURCES AND DATA DO WE USE?

We process personal data that we receive from you in the course of our business relationship or for establishing contact. 3.1 To fulfill contractual obligations (Art. 6 (1b, f) GDPR). Personal data is processed (Art. 4 (2) GDPR) to render services, particularly to perform our contracts or pre-contractual measures with you and the activities required to execute your orders. The purposes of data processing are mainly based on the specific service contract (e.g., hosting server systems). You may consult the respective contract documents and terms and conditions for more detailed information about the purpose of data processing.

3.2 BASED ON YOUR CONSENT (ART. 6 (1a) GDPR). If you have provided us with consent to process personal data for certain purposes (e.g., establishing personal contact), this processing will be deemed lawful based on your consent. Consent that has been given can be withdrawn at any time.

4 WHO RECEIVES MY DATA?

Your data will be accessible to departments in operational services GmbH & Co. KG that require it to fulfill contractual obligations or for which you have granted us your consent to transmit data. Processors working for us (Art. 28 GDPR) may also be granted access to your data for the aforementioned purposes. 5 HOW LONG WILL MY DATA BE STORED?

We generally process and store your personal data for the duration of our business relationship, which also includes the initiation and processing of a contract, for example. 8 USE OF GOOGLE ANALYTICS
